By accessing, browsing, booking consultations, purchasing products, or enrolling in courses on this website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related Privacy, Refund, and Shipping Policies.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or have explicit parental/guardian consent, to book consultations, purchase shop items, or enroll in academy courses.
  • Account Security: If you create an account on our platform, you are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout, consultation intake forms, and student registration.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright

All content on this website—including but not limited to course video masterclasses, downloadable PDF manuals (such as the Numerology & Life Purpose Blueprint), audio meditations, switchword formulas, blog articles, logos, graphics, and interactive software tools—is the exclusive intellectual property of Konica Khurana and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

⛔ Strict Prohibition on Unauthorized Sharing & Reselling Your course enrollment grants you a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, broadcasting, recording, sublicensing, reselling, or sharing your course materials or student login credentials on group-buying channels, social media, or torrent repositories. Violators will face immediate account termination without refund and civil/criminal copyright prosecution.

3. Consultation Bookings & Code of Conduct

  • Session Format: Private 1-on-1 consultations (Vedic Astrology, Celebrity Tarot Reading, Reiki Healing, Numerology, Vastu) are conducted online via Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp voice/video calls as confirmed upon booking.
  • Punctuality: Clients are expected to join the virtual meeting room on time. If a client is late, the session will still conclude at the scheduled end time to respect subsequent appointments.
  • Mutual Respect: We maintain a compassionate, professional, and divine space. Any abusive, harassing, profane, or inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.

4. Product Orders, Pricing & Taxes

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. For international clients, payments are converted in real-time by Razorpay according to prevailing exchange rates.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Applicable Taxes: Goods and Services Tax (GST) or applicable statutory levies are calculated and itemized transparently during the checkout process.

5. Payment Processing & Gateway Terms

All digital transactions are processed securely through our RBI-approved partner gateway, Razorpay. By submitting payment, you authorize Razorpay and your banking institution to charge the designated amount. You agree to abide by Razorpay’s end-user terms and compliance regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Konica Khurana, its affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this website, consultations, courses, or physical products.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Punjab / New Delhi, India.
